Every year, we take enormous pride in producing their Orlando conference, an event that is as grand as it is complex, and a real opportunity to demonstrate our passion for creating breathtaking experiences with flawless execution. A 2,500 person conference with over forty presenters spanning five days, the event allows us to provide our full suite of services from audio, visual and lighting design to rigging, equipment supply and technical labor. Our favorite aspect of the event is the magnificent curved screen that illuminates the ballroom. We cloak every inch of the interior with grey drape to create a truly intimate experience and bring everyone's attention to the jaw-dropping display. It's a hit every year.
